All commissions prices will be discussed before the commission has been started. I will not accept any form of payment other than what has been agreed upon once the commission has been started. I have the right to refund and cancel a commission at any moment during the commissioning process. Refunds will only be given upon my own cancellation, the commissioner will not receive one otherwise. The commissioner must allow adequate time to finish the requested commission if the commissioner desires a deadline. I have the right to push back all commissions for personal or outstanding reasons. Once the commission is finished I will allow one small change/correction to the piece. Only 3 sketches/previews of each commission will be allowed. Each additional sketch/redraw of your commission will be an extra 15$ charge. Be VERY clear of what you want. Provide refs and CLEAR & SIMPLE descriptions. I will NOT work with overly detailed paragraphs. Please look through my gallery before you commission me so you know what to expect.
I AM NOT WILLING TO DO ADULT/SUGGESTIVE WORK/DIAPER/HYPER

Payment policy: I expect the full amount to be paid immediately after the Thumbnail phase, unless it is over 150$. Then I will allow half to be payment upfront and the other half when finished.
Sketches/thumbnails will be completed prior to payment and will be sent as confirmation.
Payment is in USD and I will only accept paypal.
I reserve the right to keep up to 50% of total commission fee if client decides to demand a refund and work has already been completed as a termination fee. Client will receive all current Full resolution files completed up to the point of termination
I will update the commissioner with a small thumb sized version of the process Unless the commissioner strictly requests otherwise. If the commissioner has any questions regarding the process or what point I'm at, they can simply ask and I will submit the most recent work in progress.
The only time I will not give the commissioner wips if I finish the entire commission in a single day. Then I will only give them a wip of a color mock up.
If you have any other questions that I didn't happen to cover here, don't hesitate to ask! I like to pride myself on excellent costumer service as well as being reasonable person to deal with. My goal is to keep you as the commissioner happy and have an excellent experience! If you at any time feel uncomfortable or have concerns please talk to me! :)
