TOS- My Terms of Service! PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING

Thank you for choosing to commission Me!
These terms are an agreement between me and you as the commissioner. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.
AshTheSilverWolf (myself) reserves the right to modify or replace parts of this agreement. I am not responsible for you checking or not checking my TOS.
Prices and Quotes:
- there is no deadline for prices and quotes, I will get to your message as soon as I can, and unless agreed upon by myself and the commissioner.
- Any and ALL purchases under $100 MUST be paid in full. Anything over requires a 50% deposit.
-depending on the price of the product, you have up to 2 weeks to pay in full. Payment plans can be arranged for items of larger cost (fursuit heads etc), but must not take anymore than the amount of time it takes me to make your product.
I only accept payment through paypal, this is for both of our protection.
Privacy:
I value your privacy, but I reserve the right to post any and all artworks to promote my business, but if it is a gift or a surprise, please let me know and I will postpone posting said piece.
Edits and Refunds:
- any and all edits MUST be mentioned during the sketching/preview stage. After the sketch is approved, any alterations during the colouring or last stages of the piece may result in an extra fee.
example: I have finished colouring your character, and am almost done with the piece, when you change the design of the character to such a degree that I have to: a) start over completely or b) recolour the character more than 30% of the way, this may result in a small fee.
- once the piece is finished, I will not alter it without extra charges if you change your design.
- I have the right to cancel a commission for reasons such as: refusing, avoiding or not paying the full amount, taking unnecessarily long to pay without explanation, unacceptable or rude behaviour etc.
-any amount paid for an edit must be paid upfront in full before I start working on the edits.
- if a package is returned to me by the postal service for something out of my control (see shipping below) I will not refund it as it was supposed to be shipped- Im sorry but it is too late at this point.
Shipping:
- I am not responsible for any damages that happen to any piece through shipping. Once it leaves my hands I no longer have control of how it is handled.
- If an item is damaged upon arrival contact me IMMEDIATELY
- unless stated by myself, you as the commissioner are responsible for any shipping costs.
- I will NOT ship anything unless it has been paid for in full.
- depending on where you are from, a tracking number could be an extra charge
- if the package is returned to me by the postal service for a wrong address (if it was out of my control, for example if you forgot something or gave the wrong information) or fake name etc. you will be responsible for the fees associated with it.
Rights and limitations:
- I reserve the right to cease (end) work on any project at any time due to lack of cooperation, death, illness, injury etc.
- If payments cease, no refund will be given for completed work, however partial refunds can be negotiated, but the end result will be up to my discretion.
-I have the right to refuse work on any project
- I will NOT take commissions for copyrighted/trademarked characters/designs unless you can provide written proof that you are the owner
- I will not do anything in another artists style, or use another artists patterns(beading patterns for example) etc. to make your product, if you are looking for their style or something they have made then please go commission them instead.
You are responsible for reading this agreement, it is listed on my price sheets that you MUST read my TOS. whether you do or dont is out of my control, but by commissioning me, you are agreeing to these conditions and I will not be held responsible if you dont read them.
I reserve the right to watermark your piece, if you wish to share the piece elsewhere, you must use the watermarked version.
