I would never claim to understand all of how you feel but I do hope it is of some small comfort you are not alone in feeling down if such is the case. I may be missing the mark so entirely, but I would offer a little light in that you are not alone completely in any way, someone will reach out to you, I wish I could find a way myself to reach out to others instead of crumpling into my own sadness and self hatred
