your anatomy is pretty good.
Just a few tweaks here and there.
The only thing I can say is, be careful with the clothes.
You tend to do lots of little random marks.
But you want to make the clothes form to the body.
When you place a line, make sure you understand how the fabric is being pulled or draped.
when there are a lot of little lines it can be confusing on what is happening with the fabric.
And with the hair, making longer lines and sections, makes the hair look less like a big clump.
So don't be afraid to do sections to the hair.
Often, starting with the bangs help.

I reallllllllyyyyyyy need some pointers on drawing masculine body types.
even in a 'boring' pose I see mistakes but have no clue where to start ; u ;
For masculine body types, you have to think SHARP lines instead of soft and rounded for more feminine characters.
In this particular art, the neck should be thicker, Sharper/stronger looking cheekbone/jaw/chin. :3
The pecs would be more PERT and higher up.
The shoulders more defined.
And the arms should always look like they are in a natural or relaxed position.
It helps to put yourself in the pose.
Does it feel natural?
Would you stand like that?
Also the donger and doodles hang from the body, so make sure not to draw them too high.
And for the legs, make sure there is even weight between them so your character doesn't look like he will topple over.
Also for men's hips, they tend to be a bit smaller than their shoulder length. Or just at the same length.
Hardly ever wider, unless they are of a heavier weight in the tumtum.
Never be afraid to use refs!
Find pics of strong men, practice drawing the muscles.
It also helps (just for practice) to trace over the muscles to see how they lay and to get the feel for them :3
You are doing great though, just keep up the practice and soon you'll be drawing hairy beefy boys!
The pose wasn't really supposed to be standing, as it was a ref, but now looking back at it perhaps drawing them standing instead of floating would be much better for the refs.
Also, what do you do with the man boob with fat guys or more twinkish body types?

one question, is that one arm behind him or in the pocket of the shirt? like a hoody pocket?
Sorry, I had it in another position when I started sketching and moved it, so I guess it looks weird. ;w; Sorry 'bout that.
Since the file is so big, I'll need to email you with the redlined file.
email?
Email is: sebastianalexzander[at]gmail.com

Not so puffed out, usually a flat line.
For man boob, they tend to be softer, rounder, and puffier looking.
Nipples are usually bigger as well

The heavier they are the more they will sag.
