Purchasing Custom Character Commissions or Adopts
We do not want our adopts being resold with the title or description "I don't know who made this" or "I don't know how much I paid for this so it's -random price-". All our designs are watermarked with our names which leaves no excuse to do this, it is very disrespectful.
You are allowed to post all the art of the characters you buy from me. Sometimes I sell characters that belonged to me at one point and have lots of art, all of that art is repostable if you bought it.
When you repost the characters you buy from me you must credit me for the design on any character sheets you make of the character but you don't have to credit me on any other art.
Please do not edit the artwork or refs you receive when you adopt a character, this will be seen as theft.
Please do not repost my adopts to other sites unless you bought the character.
Please do not sell my adopts for your own profit unless you bought the adopt yourself but you cannot sell the adopt for more than you payed for it if there is no other art, if there is other art of the character you may raise the price.
When you make design changes to a character that you have bought from me they MUST be recognizable. Don't adopt something if you're going to change it completely.
No matter how much of the bought character you change you must ALWAYS credit me.
You MUST notify me if you sell a character that was bought from me. I keep up with the owners!

If you go against these rules I will note you and attempt to resolve the issue and if it is not I will notify the admins and if you persist legal action will be taken. I've tried to make these rules as understandable as possible and if you didn't understand them you can always note me with any questions.
