ABOUT THE PRICE
Approximate price: 900-2000 $ for the partial and 1500-3500 $ for the full.
To get the exact price, send all your wishes and referenc in the notes!
Invariably we take a 30% non-refundable prepayment!
Prepayment required in order to reserve your slot in my work queue. You’ll get your slot only after prepay.
After the suit finished, you have to pay the rest and the shipment. Then we will send your fursuit to you.

Price depends on:
- style of the character (toon, semi-realistic or realistic)
- type of fursuit set
- design of the character
- type of digitigrade padding
- wings, horns, LED, other details
- detailing
- deadline
- the necessary materials

DEADLINE
Time of making depends on the queue. We don't take any commission that has a deadline!
We always have a queue, so you'll have to wait your fursuit.
The production time any order is usually in average 1 month after the onset of your turn.

TERMS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND
If you refuse to accept your fursuit we don’t return your prepayment back!
We reserve the right to cancel any commission; at any stage of the process.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
Customer pays for shipping, it costs nearly 50-100$
I don’t ship my fursuits until i have 100% of the payments and shipping payment in.
We carefully pack our fursute. They will not break and will not be damaged during transportation. But we don't take responsibility for fursuits lost or damaged during shipping.

THE PROCESS OF WORKING
1. We need Duct Tape Dummy for fullbody fursuits, your shoes/your shoe size and some meansurements.
2. When will be the turn of the your slot, we'll write to you. Then we start to make your suit and we will show you process photos.
3. We accept a few times of modifications before start of work.
If you really want to change something that I already started or done, I have to ask an extra fee for remaking them.
But if I have to redo the whole part, then sorry it is impossible to do that.
4. Please show some photos to me when you wearing it, we'd like to know how the suit going and how you enjoy it.

When you receive the parcel, please remember to send us photos when you wearing fursuit, walking, dancing etc. We would be pleased to know that suit is lives and that you enjoy it, not lying on a shelf.


TERMS OF REPAIR / CARE RULES
Do not use slicker brushes and comb for animals!
Don’t wash your fursuit with hot water.
Don’t use a washing machine for your fursuit head. Wash it by hands only. Not to wet the electronics.
Don’t put your fursuit into a clothes dryer with heat. Don’t use hot hair dryers.
Don’t store your fursuit and fursuit parts wet or damp. After wetting the fur be sure to comb it with a wide-toothed comb in the direction of the pile.
Don’t store your fursuit in direct sunlight.
Don’t attempt to wash your fursuit with bleach or other harsh substances.
Don't leave your fursuit in the car.
Please always use hard suitcase or a big bag that you won't press it to carry/preserve your resin head fursuit. Any pressing or crashing may damage the suit, especially the head.

I don't take responsibility for fursuits which were damaged by their owner or were changed (changed nose, eyes, fur patterns and other details).
I do refurbishment (new fur, eyes etc.) for my fursuits.

For one year from the date of receipt of the fursuit you can at any time contact us for a free cosmetic repair without replacing parts and fur. You pay only the delivery suit to us and back.
Complex repair and replacement of any parts new will cost 30% of the price of services +shipping.

IMPORTANT! If you not properly stored, transported and cleaned suit, damaged or soiled it in the process of exploit, we are not responsible for it! We are ready to help you to fix or clean fursuit, but it will not be free.

However since we live in Moscow, we know shipping is a pain, so we will try my best to teach you repairing the problem via internet.
