Hey yeah, I read an article about Vero https://www.lifehacker.com.au/2018/.....edia-app-vero/ and I still don't really get it. I want to understand it! I think it's an excellent idea, I would much rather pay a subscription than endure any more awful ads (I wouldn't mind if the advertised things that I show and actual interest in!) and bs content I don't want appearing on my feed.

Yeah, I don't mind paying a subscription to avoid the horrid algorithms and other issues that FB and IG have, that are killing us small-time artists. Vero seems like a good alternative. And I don't mind targeted ads based on my interests. :)

Vero seems like an interesting outlet for artists and content creators to share their work, but once the 1 million mark reaches, there will be subscriptions, and theoretically I believe most people would be drawn towards free services, so it's kinda interesting to see how a subscription model would pay off on the long run. (Yeah, I too need to get off to posting crap too)
