TERMS OF SERVICE

~PLEASE READ~
▷The client must pay upfront before commission can begin (Paypal Only)
▷Harassment, badgering or rude behaviour will not be tolerated and will
result in the client's commission being cancelled. A refund will depend
on if the buyer has accepted the final sketch. (See bottom of the page
to find out what constitutes harassment)
▷The Artist reserves the right to use your commission for self advertising.
▷Watermarked free versions do not apply, all art will have a watermark,
removal of this watermark will result in punishment
▷Any sharing of the Artists work, must refer to the original artist web page.
(Facebook, DeviantArt, FurAffinity, Instagram) CREDIT MUST BE GIVEN.
▷A separate fee will be charged for all additional services ordered. (I.E.)
Extra props, additional edits, last minute changes, and a 20% of total
if extra time was spent due to changes.
▷You must give a detailed description on what you would like from the artist,
such as the desired pose, facial expression or any ideas you had in
mind. Feedback after sketch has been accepted will be charged.
▷The Artist reserves the right to decline or discontinue a commission,
with good reasoning.
▷If the client cancels the commission, a refund of 80% will be refunded,
however, if the client has accepted the final sketch, a refund will
not be issued.
▷Alterations to the commission after the line art has been accepted will not be
made. Colours and markings can still be altered.
▷Normal turnaround time depends on queue size. Any deviation requests of
a shorter time frame will incur a 35% increase in price payable
in advance on notification. Such circumstance might be when
you need a badge ready for con.
▷To ensure the client receives HQ Art from the artist, the artist will take
longer to work on the commission than the usual turnaround time.
▷The client has one week to respond to the first sketch they receive
from the artist. If no response is made, the client will receive an 80%
refund and their commission will be cancelled.
▷Slot reserving will require a 10% booking fee through Friends
and Family option on Paypal, as this will be non-refundable.
If the client cannot pay for the commission when it comes to
their slot in queue or they decided they no longer want the
commission, the commission will be cancelled and the
booking fee will NOT BE REFUNDED.
▷By purchasing the commission, the client agrees to the artists
Terms of Service.

▷Receiving a private message every day making conversation or asking for updates
▷Comments made on stream asking for commission updates
▷Asking friends to contact me for commission updates

As I have stated in my commissions folder, I will contact you if an update has been made, if you haven't
heard from me in a month or I have not posted an update on my profile regarding commissions status,
then by all means, please message me. I work best when I feel like I am not being rushed by my client.

If you see me doing free art requests, please be aware that this is me suffering from Art Block, do not
assume that I do not want to work on your commission.
My commissions are worked on by a first come first serve basis; you can see your place in queue by checking the trello.
✖ CLIENTS SHOULD BE AWARE ✖
Please be aware that I am a college student and will sometimes take the occasional day off to complete my
course work. I do not have a specific turnaround time due to the way I do my commissions. But depending
on what you have paid for, I will spend 10+ hours completing your commission so that it is perfect to me
and to you as the client.
