okay, so. it seems like i've actually blown up and gotten TONS of commissions, i'm so happy!!! I MIGHT ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO BUY THE TICKET BEFORE JUNE!!! thank you all so much!!!!!
but now that i've got a bit of footing i need to make a few (simple, small!) rules clear for anybody who has already contacted me for commissions! i hope these are fair things to ask ;_;
1. after we've discussed what you want done, i'll send you a "sketch" (my pony sketches tend to be really clean and nice~ usually good enough to be used as the end product lineart!) and if you don't approve of it/want changes made, please let me know and i'll gladly fix it for you until you're satisfied!! once you approve of it, please make the payment then to my paypal at verydefinitelyawolf@gmail.com! don't worry, i'll remind you all of this when we discuss!
2. you can have black/white linework (basically the sketch product), or fully colored! no inbetween where it's just flats! i really don't like how my art looks with just flat colors (it looks very... well.... flat. and lifeless), but if it's just lines that's fine. of course, it looks the best in glorious ~technicolor~!
3.a) in general, but for comics/multi pic work especially, you can roughly estimate price by counting per head! for instance, a 4 panel comic with just one character in each panel- say a pony for example here- will be 20-30 (the price of a regular pony pic) * 4, because that's how many pony heads are in the pic!
3.b) if 5 or more ponies appear in total, i'll only charge 20/head regardless of complexity!
4. the price ranges for pictures (e.g. the 20-30 of ponies) depends on the complexity of the fetish and/or the character design! for example, your pony doesn't have standard anatomy because it's a big ol BBW slob- that'll run you back 30! just a regular pony with nothing going on? 20! and so on~
5. want alternate versions of the same pic? an extra 5/version!

on the topic of turnover rate:
since i've got a lotta commissions now (thanks to all of you guys!) what i intend to do is this: i will work through sketches of whatever is at the top of the list, send it and wait for approval, then in the time waiting for approval (thanks to timezones, grrr, and people having lives to attend to) i'll finish up approved sketches, or continue onto the next thing in queue!hope this clears things up!

mmm, i'm still not even clear from the backlog i had from the time of this journal being posted tbh lmfao, and after i'm done with that, i definitely want a breather and a break from doing commissions to actually draw stuff i want for myself which i haven't done in a loooonng while, so i'm still keeping them closed until further notice, sorry ;_;
