GENERAL RULES
-These rules apply to all my art.
-You may not claim the design as your own creation.
-Feel free to draw your new character, commission art of it, use it as a fursona, make a fursuit, ect.
-Once I receive payment, it's your character. But my watermark should not be deleted.
-You are always required to credit me for the original artwork, please do not edit my art without permission first.
-Both the design and artwork is for personal use only and may not be used for profit.
-You may not pay another person to finish work partially created for you without permission.
-You may not finish work from me without permission.
-Feel free to make prints/copies of the image so long as it is for personal use and no profit is made.
-The client can purchase full image rights to their commission for 200€ per image. This includes the rights to use the piece in advertising and profit, as well as requesting that the artist not use the piece for their advertisement and display have their piece not be used for any commercial or display purpose, using it for my website, putting it on business cards, displaying it at conventions, etc. This also applies if the client wants a ‘Secret’ piece that is not posted anywhere, just for their personal use.
WHAT I WILL DRAW
-Male.
-Female (Not my speciality)
-Anthro characters.
-Feral characters.
-Insects (I will try).
-All species (some I will try)
-Trans or LGBT characters.
-Pokemon.
-Gore and vore (I will try).
-SFW and NSFW (I will never draw NSFW art for someone under the age of 18)
WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW
-Humans (im horrible).
-Pedophilia.
-Necrophilia.
-Unbirth.
-Fisting.
PAYMENT
-Payment will be at EURO currency.
-An invoice will be sent to your e-mail after the proposal is accepted upon.
-I will post EURO price and the conversion in DOLLARS.
-PAYPAL only.
-I start the commiss once I have received the payment.
-Have payment/info ready within 48 hours of your commission being accepted. If payment is not provided, your slot may be given up to another one.
-Delay with payment without further communication with me gives you a warning. Three warnings resolve a block from future auctions/commissions.
DEADLINES
-Once I recived the payment I will do your commiss in one/two week/s.
-I need feedback if you dont response in 1/2 days and I miss the deadline you will not be compensated.
REPOSTING
-You can repost here at FA the reference sheet/YCH or commissions of your character while you keep the signature. Add artist icon and original link at the comments.
-At Twitter you have to add my original tweet below or link to my web site.
-You are free to post any commission to a personal/public gallery, so long as credit is provided.
RESELLING | TRADING | GIFT
-I must be informed who is the new owner of the drawing.
-Reselling the adopt/design is allowed but may not be sold for higher than what the design was originally purchased for.
-You can not give away one of my designs unless it is specified.
-If you have acquired an adoptable through a trade/gift, please do not sell it for profit.
-Once you re-sell/trade/gift the design, it is no longer yours.
-Do not make "copies" of the character with the intention to resell for profit.
COMMERCIAL USE
-You are not allowed to use my art of the design for profit in any way.
-You are not allowed to include my designs in games/comics/videos and other mass media consumed materials for profit.
-If you want a character for commercial use, there is a charge in the price. This has to be specified before the purchase.
