General | Posted 10 years agoSo I was in the break room, enjoying my chips and soda when I overheard my co-worker talking about how their brother recently came out to their family. The person she was talking to then responded with how their sister was dating another girl. They then went on to say that the same sister was bi, and that because she was dating a girl, it didn't mean she was gay. Only that the person she was in love with just happened to be a girl. I was really proud to hear that from her.
They then proceeded to talk about how their other siblings where bi or gay, and the second person responded saying "It seems it runs in the family." To which I could not stop myself from saying "Not for long it seems!"
They looked at me for a moment before we all busted out laughing and then discussed adopting options and such. It was a nice day at work.

Faving People's art
General | Posted 13 years agoI realize that there are times where I find some new artist to watch and then proceed to go through their gallery and fave about half of their pictures, knowing that when they log in, they'll have a little F20 up there in the corner with their notifications. Makes me wonder how it feels to log in and be notified that a fave bomb had gone off in your submissions folder while you were away.... makes me wonder even more how it'd feel to be logged in when that happens.... some things I'll never know haha

Art Raffel for "Sand to Dust"
General | Posted 14 years agoHighlights: The artist for the comic "Sand to Dust" is holding a raffel for cameo spots in the comic as well as a special commission slot. The journal with the details is over here. http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/2711100/
So yeah, once upon a time, a year or so ago, I stumbled across a comic called Sand to Dust. I must admit, it's one comic that I just love to see update. Probably my favorite thing about it is how well the characters look in the artist's style. So when
SandToDust put up a journal saying that there was going to be a raffel for someone to win a two character picture as well as possible spots as cameos in the actual comic, I have to get a piece of that! Even if I don't win... which I hope I do.
If I get that two character spot, I'm gonna have to choose between Brandon and Red... maybe I could convince them to have a three person instead with a little cash compensation? *plot plot plot* Brandon's a dragon, so he's already got that going for him, his tongue gave me shivers and his endowment seems like it'd be an interesting experiance all together. Red's just too cute to pass up and wearing that speedo turned up the temperature a few degrees. And don't get me started on that tail!

Not at all. I start out trusting everyone who doesn't give me a reason not to. It's when you lose my trust that things get difficult.

Not very fast... Most decisions I make is "which do I do first". I try to take lots of time when making important decisions, and those take even more time to convince me out of.

Niether really... Usually when someone calls me they want something that involves me leaving the hosue and I don't get texting and it causes problems when people try to send them to me lol.

All the time and it feels so good... as well as my back, neck and sometimes even my toes. I do worry that someday I'm gonna hurt myself, esspecially considering my neck, but sometimes it hurts if I don't do it.

Can't give an exact date, but I was at a friend's house with a bunch of other college kids and we were playing Apples to Apples. Green Card was "fluffy" and someone handed me the red card"toys". Made sense... then I read the flavor text, "Not just for kids anymore" and I pictured a giant fluffy dildo. That was the first time I started to cry from laughing so hard and someone almost wet themselves.

If I could see through the tears. I can practically count them on one hand and I don't want to loose my favorite finger... ooo that almost sounds bad....

I work at a drycleaners and I get a kick out of grown men picking up dresses and it's prom season so we get alot of them. Usually when they pick them up I tell them that whatever color the dress is, they would or wouldn't look nice in it. Most laugh... one guy didn't... I thought I was gonna die...

No, but sometimes I trick myself into thinking there are monsters that come after me once I turn out the lights. Gets me to my bed real fast.

I'm the only one in my extended family that doesn't have glasses. I'm thankful for that at least!!!

No, but that doesn't mean I havn't tried... I pulled a chair out from behind someone once before and I think it was the most epic thing I had done all year.

Yes. I don't want to risk breaking something... then again I doubt I could put that much force behind a punch...

A little random, but some small part of me is. Blond hair but I've got red in my beard... just enough for it to hardly be noticed.

Classic Rock and some 80's. I'm one of the people who could get into any song that has a good beat and a good mellody. That was the first time I started to cry from laughing so hard and someone almost wet themselves.

Yeah, I finally got one... not making any promises that I'll keep up with it very much, but maybe I'll make some new friends and will making keeping in touch with the ones I already have easier.

Met him the other day in a video game cafe' and we had an absolute blast! Well, I enjoyed it. =3 I never thought that this area would have so many furs in it... all the ones I've known have kinda become attracted to the same place... normally, I don't put in an entry every day, not much happens day to day to report, but I just had to post this! He's the first actual fur that I've ever met in person. Well, at least... none of my friends told me about him first. I met him on my own. =3

My friend has a camera and we're going to be taking pictures of the pictures I've drawn, and I'm going to post them! General | Posted 18 years agoWell, it's a new year... almost 2 full months have been completed in it, but it's still new... Not very much going on as of late. Started a new sememster of classes and spring break is next week! I'm going back to my hometown to visit family... most likely rock out all night on guitar hero or rock band with my cousins! Man, if only I could put up a picture of my Rock Band character on here! Anybody played it yet? I made my own face paint out of shapes templates and he looks like a fox. If anyone wants to see him, get on xbox live sometime and watch for my gamertag 'Kit Cooper'. I'm always looking for more people to play with. Anyway, I take it no one's really paying me any attention huh? Havn't gotten a pm or any thing. I don't blame you guys. There's nothing here! I sent Werewolf the copy I had of his story, so you might see him post it sometime soon. Not much is going on right now. I'm in college, between classes right now... another starts in... about 30 minutes. Next week is finals though, so I'm a little stressed. Macro Economics is a pain... I really like the FA banner for winter, but if I were a decent artist, I'd mod it to have his ears coming out of the hood. It doesn't look very warm with his neck all exposed. If it laid flat on his head it would probably fix that... dang, I wish I could spell things with puffs of breath! =3 Anyway, I titled this 'roomie' because a freind of mine got booted out of his house the other day and he's sticking with me until the end of the semester, so now I've got my first roomie. He loves to go to this video game cafe and loves for me to take him, which is okay, because then he pays for me to play something too. He's a bit of a night owl, staying up until the break of dawn sometimes, and I might have trouble sleeping, but we'll work something out. Dang I wish I had a scanner... Hey you guys. I really want to get into doing computer art like you guys do, and I know that You Nekogami use a computer at some point, so could you give me some program advice or recomendations? Maybe if you know an programs that's good for beginners somewhere on the internet, I'd really appreciate it. Well, till later, hang out and hang loose! =3

General | Posted 18 years agoHey peoples. I won't be doing much on FA but I want to. I think I'll just lurk around for a while and look at your stuff and post the names of some of my favorites here. Who knows, you might actually be bored enough to read my entries down to where I type their names!!! Okay, I'll go ahead then. No clue how to link them in my entries so you can just search for their names if you want. There's werewolf. What got me to start watching him was he wrote a story called Override and posted it on a different website. I've been trying to get him to post it here. Maybe if we nag him enough he will. Nekogami is another one of my big time favorites. I see alot of his art on another site and I just had to check him out here. I love his art style and his ideas and character inventory. There's also Iomar. He's got some really awsome flashes that just look beautiful and it'll make just about anyone hard. Lets see... I guess that's all for now. Not much going on and if there was, I'm sure no one'd really care. Oh well. Hang out and hang loose! =3
