General | Posted 17 years agoSo. I am in the process of quitting smoking. Someone smoked my last one that I was going to savor today. You cannot imagine what this has done to me. I am trapped between the lust and desire of getting a new pack (but then I have 19 others to smoke and have thereby not quitted), borrowing a menthol (YUCKKKKK), or doing this and craving my asssssss offffffff. This is something that I need help with. I quit pot no problem, but this is like... torture. It's not even something I fully comprehend, why I want it so bad.
Part of me wants to quit, and the other part is like.. nagggginnng me to just have one (but we all know where that leads). I don't want to stop and get fat and stupid and irritable :( But also do not want to get lung cancer. But is also a part of my personality, lifestyle and entertainment. There's actually no justification for it at all, and any argument I try to make supporting smoking just sounds stupid.
Folks, if you are ever presented with the opportunity to get addicted to cigarettes, just say no. There's no point, all it does is fuck up your chemicals and make you look cool and dangerous.
Tell me I'm not a bad horsie for wanting it but I shouldn't do it anyways D: Or that I'm a bad horsie for doing it in the first place. Also, your thoughts on smoking? And the banning of smoking in nearly all indoor places. Go.
