Well... I'm at the emergency room. Today was not a good day. Thought I'd step out of my comfort zone and go horseback riding, something I haven't done since I was a teenager. It turned out to be a big mistake! I got on the horse and started out slow, but then we went a little faster before I knew it, we were going as fast as the horse could go. I couldn't take the pace and fell off, but caught my foot in the stirrup with the horse dragging me. It wouldn't stop. Thank goodness the manager at Toys-R-Us came out and unplugged the machine. How many of you actually read what I wrote? If you did, copy and paste for someone else to get a good laugh!

So, I'd like to make something clear about adopts. If I buy an adopt from someone or a character, I expect to do whatever the hell I please with it.

I'll give the credit to the artist if I ever use their design, but some TOS, like oh you can't use the design for profit/Commercial use?
Excuse me?

Do the designers of IKEA furniture walk into peoples homes just to be sure they're not selling their designs for profit, or using them as props in plays or in films? I doubt it.

Does the character even belong to me, if that rule exists? Or am I just leasing the character?

Of course closed species doesn't fall into this category, the species belong to the designer, but the character belongs to me!

I'm not sorry,if I buy a character /adopt from you, I'll give the proper credit, but then I expect you to let me do whatever the hell I want with MY character, that I bought with MY money!

(Of course it means that I agree with your TOS if I'm interested in buying your adopts, just to clarify)

Something that really pisses me off, are scammers, a friend of mine bought an adopt for a reasonable price. The adopt had been for sale for a week, but hours after they buy it. The previous owner and a "friend" of theirs begins to harass my friend, calling them a thief and posting in their shoutbox how the character is stolen!

They claim that, because they refunded the money and wanted the adopt back, which my friend has declined, so now they're spreading lies about them, I'm doing everything I can not to break any of ToS of Fa. But behaviour like this, seriously pisses me off!!!

The reason I haven't opened it yet, is that I have a character I want to upload, as I plan to offer my characters to you if you want them with your character, in any scenario and theme that I'll talk with the artist about.

I accept commission rejection of you as the artist feel you
A Doesn't like the theme I wish to have.

B Feel the idea is to complex for you.

C Feel like you can't do my characters in your style.

Please tell me in that case and I'll think of something else.
However. Rejecting the commission simply because you don't like how my characters are designed? That is just insulting and will make it highly unlikely I'll ask for commission you again.

Sure, you have the right to reject a commission.
But I reserve the right to be salty and insulted by it.

When a user you look up to berate someone with language that makes your jaw drop in shock and your admiration turns to fear O_o

I've noticed how missing out on things I really wanted can really piss me off. Albeit in typical Swedish passive aggressive style. XD

That painful feeling when the artist or artists either ignore you or are outright rude towards you. And you still love their art. *sighs*

After over a year of searching, I finaly found the artist who created my sona!

Well, I'd thought I'd write a journal about artists that I adore, some of, I have commissioned, others that I would love to, as well as users I'd love to do a collab commission with.

Of course, there exist a list of the opposite, of artist I hold in contempt either because how they responded or lack thereof, as I find being ignored extremely rude, etiquette rules still apply on the internet. but that list is in a private notebook, cause lord forbid you call someone out on their bad behaviour, luckily, that list isn't long, yet.

I'll give a hint on how to tell if I hold you in contempt, I'll reply short and blunt without smileys. Don't feel special over it, I treat everyone that've wronged me that way.
A simple sorry is usually enough to get off the list, I'm not impossible to deal with. ^^
