I expect to upload the videos of the Blazblue tournament later tonight. It was a crazy night though! I probably drove around the city 3 or 4 times just trying to get everything/ everyone together. Also, creating tournament brackets takes waaaaay tooo long.

I ended up in second, thanks to a bunch of people leaving in the middle of it, but I didn't really have a problem with it, as I was exhausted by that point. Anyway, I shall edit this and post links once the vidyas are uploaded. :]

THIS SUNDAY.
All my friends are getting together for a little fighting game tournament, that we've affectionately named Hype Night. I've been pretty excited about it, and once I get out of work today, I'm probably going to binging on fighters until that night. The plan is to get three television going at once, and have everyone vote on a game to hold a tournament for. Then we'll record the matches and see who whoops who's ass.

I hope to report back Monday with good news, hahaha.

I ate at a Thai pho restaurant for first time today. Oh man, probably the best pho I've ever had in my life. Rare steak + meatball, and added a bunch of things I had never tried before. It was really spicy, but jesus christ, it was delicious.
Also, I should be getting health care very soon. They've 'conditionally approved' my application,
so I think the only thing left to do is get whatever it is they are sending to me in the mail.

I'm pretty happy with my gifts, I only got a couple, and most were clothes. However, I was able to rake in $350 for myself, which would be going to MAGfest, but since not everyone I was going to go with can afford it, well...I'm not going to be able to go.

More than anything this holiday has made me appreciate my family a bit more. My brother finally deduced I'm agnostic, and this was my first Xmas to celebrate with my mom and dad separately. I feel I walked away seeing my family as the specific individuals they are instead of how I normally did. Also, going to church for the first time in years again was a bit awkward, but it wasn't terrible since nobody really gave me any shit.

I hope all of your holiday was enriching as well.

Bumping the old journal off, kinda done with that whole deal. So, I went to a free film last night, and came home late and all that good stuff. So I just went to bed when I got home. Well, my brother called me at 8:45 am, waking me, to ask me if I was ready to move things into his new house...

My first day is tomorrow. This may end up being a temporary thing but, it will be nice to have cash.

So I got fired yesterday. I'll have another job soon, though. It happened because we got a new director of IT, and my position became "consolidated". The rabbit hole goes much deeper than that, though. Good thing I have connections. :/
