Lost most of my vorish works - update
General | Posted 8 years agoGetting ready to move, and due to the set up of the new place, I was attempting to move my vorish projects over to anther computer. Unfortunately, the drive I was using corrupted, and I lost the data; namely, all of the set up I had done for the pokemon vore tournament, and the progress I had made on the pictures related to it. Given that I'm going to have 2 roommates, rather than 1, it was going to be a fair bit harder finding time to draw anyway, so I'm probably not going to try something that ambitious again. I'm probably going to stick to drawing up more RP character pictures (like Mo'ena).
Coming back to drawing a bit (hopefully!)
General | Posted 8 years agoBeen a while, but my own and my room mate's schedule seem to have changed for the better for me to get back into drawing, and I plan to get to work on continuing my current Vore tournament, hopefully at a somewhat reasonable pace, once i get back into the swing of things. Not much else to add, hopefully I'll have the Zygarde/Shellos pic done relatively soon.
Back/New Vore Tournament
General | Posted 9 years agoSo I'm semi-back from my brief drawing hiatus, and wanted to get back to my pokemon vore tournament. However, I decided instead to reboot it, for a few reasons, the two most prominent being the release of Sun and Moon, adding 100 or so new contenders for the tournament, as well as me learning a few new skills and using a new program for drawing, I felt it would be a little jarring seeing such a jump in styles.
Like I tried on the second round of the last tournament, I'm probably going to upload images one at a time, as I finish them, rather than waiting and uploading them all, since I don't always know how my schedule is going to look.
Anyone looking for my old Vore Tournament stuff: It can still be found in my scraps folder.

Taking a limited break
General | Posted 9 years agoHey all!
I just wanted to let you all know that I'm pressing the pause button on most of my ongoing projects, including the Pokemon Vore Tournament. The last little while, dealing with some of the pressure coming from school and work has been getting to me a bit, on top of which, my roommate's schedule has mostly been the same as my own, meaning I have very little private time on the computer, thus, less time to sit down and draw vore. All-in-all, I'm not really leaving, and in fact, I'm starting a new project of my own for the purpose of roleplaying (More to share later!), but I want to kind of cut down to one project at a time, rather than trying to juggle the 3-4 that I'm working on now with school, work, and a very time limited schedule.
I will eventually get back to these projects, and they are by no means being abandoned, but I just want to get one "finished" project done, rather than chipping away at 4 or 5 a piece at a time.
Cheers, and a Happy New Year to all!

To all my new watchers/Favorites (also, PVT stuff)
General | Posted 9 years agoJust want to say first that I was shocked to see 68 new favorites and 9 new watchers less than 24 hours after posting my recent stuff. I honestly expected that most of it would just go unnoticed given the quality of most of the other vore art posted here. I just want to thank you all again for the watches/favorites, it really does help inspire me to keep at it and hopefully improve some!
On a semi-related note, the number of votes for this division of the vore tournament has really taken off too! It's been less than a day since i opened the polls and already most matches have a total number of votes similar to what the last round ended with (roughly 14-16 total votes). Makes me look forward to what Saturday will bring.
Thanks again for all of the support! It really does make me want to keep going with this stuff, and it means a lot! <3

PVT Status
General | Posted 9 years agoHey all, anyone following for my ongoing Pokemon vore Tourney:
I'm still in the process of drawing the outcomes for the first round, It has just been unseasonably hot/humid here the last week or so, so as someone who hates/has a hard time in really hot weather, I've been struggling to do much of anything productive the last little while. I've started 4 of them now, have 1 finished, 1 about 80% done, and sketches done for the other 2, judging by how fast I got the first done while the weather was good, it hopefully won't take long once I can get on a little more productive a schedule.

Making a Pokemon Vore Tournament
General | Posted 10 years agoSince I explained most of it on the image submission, I'll just copy-paste it here, if anyone has any questions, let me know!
The last couple of vore tournaments done by Blackmirror359 Blackmirror359 as well as the "public voting" interactives like Pred Quest by SamanthaWeltzin SamanthaWeltzin have really gotten me interested in doing one of my own for a few reasons. First, I'm really trying to sit down and learn to draw some of the things I'm interested in (namely pokemon and vore for this scenario), I've had a tablet for about a year and a half now and have gotten virtually no use out of it just because I'm bad at ideas, or I get an idea, sketch out something rough and never finish it up. I'm hoping this will solve some of these issues.
So I took the idea of a pokemon vore tournament and took it about 2100 steps too far! I have decided to include EVERY pokemon, as well as several alternate formes! (up to and including 6th gen, none of the 7th gen reveals/formes that are not yet in-game (i.e. Zygarde) In order to avoid an absolutely massive first couple of rounds, I've opted to break it down into several (I think about 40) divisions consisting of 10 battles each, which should, once I've familiarized myself a bit allow me to have a somewhat decent turnaround on the result pictures.
And finally, before the voting, just to get this unpleasant business out of the way:
I really don't want any drama from this; I've seen a few of these generate their fair share of drama, and I'd rather not cause more. As I said above, this is as much an exercise for me drawing as it is a tournament, I figured rather than just doing a coin flip and drawing out random matches, I'd give people a chance to participate, and most importantly: have fun! I don't want to see people getting upset because their favorite got nommed, or a 'mon they dislike is doing well. Just have fun, vote for something that's completely silly just to make me draw it! Whatever you want!
I really don't want to resort to moderating/deleting comments or blocking people, but I absolutely will not hesitate to do so if the need arises.
With that out of the way, there's a few rules/"features" to go over:
1)All voting will be on Strawpoll, any votes not on Strawpoll will not be counted.
2)I know their are ways of getting around Strawpoll's checks for multi-voting, and I realize that it's likely impossible for me to find those abusing it, so I'm just going to say again that this is for fun, please don't be a spoil-sport! :(
3)If you have a particular request for how a match should play out for a potential victory scenario, feel free to leave it in the comments! It won't impact voting at all, and I don't guarantee that I'll draw it, especially if I already have a scenario in mind, but I'm always willing to listen to/jot down a few ideas for later use! ;)
4)Although this won't be relevant for quite some time, some rounds will have "Wild Cards" as they end up with an odd number of contestants, a wild card battle will happen as the last battle of a round, and the opponent will be a random 'mon that was previously defeated *in that particular round*.
5)A full "overview" of the current stats can be found here: http://imgur.com/jrNpIr8 (Warning: absolutely MASSIVE image!) Right now there are no lines, for a few probably obvious reasons, mostly I'm just hoping that if a 'mon got missed or is in there twice (excluding alt. formes) (I did run into a hiccup with the numerical mapping I was using, but I'm 99% i got it fixed) someone with fresh eyes might notice.
6)In the event of a tie at the time of vote-taking, a coin will be flipped for the winner.

General | Posted 14 years agoVoreceus-the-Serperior has an ongoing contest, and is trying to attract any artists willing to enter it, so as not to have to extend the deadline over the holidays, I would ask anyone who has an interest to have a peak over at Voreceus' journal ( http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/...../#cid:23577657 )
A longshot but...
