I have good news! My cat is recovering! The vet prescribed antibiotics, as well as medication for her liver and pancreas, because they were damaged by the disease. But my cat is coping! She's now eating on her own, has stopped hiding, and allows me to pet her. She's still weak, but in any case, all of the above is a very good sign!

Hello! Thanks everyone so much who sent donations!! You've helped me cover the expenses.
It's hard for me to assess the cat's condition, she continued to hide from me all day yesterday. I'm giving her injections and medications. She's refusing to eat, and I have to syringe-feed her meat puree for babies. She hasn't used the litter box for two days, which worries me.

I received her blood work, and they're not very good, but I'll take her back to the vet in a few hours. Now, for the first time, she's come out of her hiding place and is sleeping on the sofa, which is a very good sign for me.
Everything will be fine I'll cure her! She's a very strong girl, and fortunately, her illness isn't related to any chronic illnesses. I just wasn't paying much attention to her once, and she ate something harmful.

Update!

It turned out not to be as bad as I was worried. Phew... It just her tummy hurts. The ultrasound showed an inflamed intestine and a lot of bile. The vet even complimented her that her liver and kidneys looked very healthy for her age (she's 14 yeas old), which makes me proud of her.
The vet visit and medications only cost me $150 but we will need to visit the vet again in 3 days
I'm glad my cat is okay, although I still wasn't prepared for this...

My cat is acting strangely and is clearly unwell. She hides, refuses food and doesn't respond to my voice. I'm looking for a veterinary clinic right now that will see us without an appointment. I don't know how much this will cost yet, so I'm opening commissions any type....
I'll try to draw as soon as possible, I just wasn't prepared for this.
