I am making this journal because i am joining fitness furs. I am a very lazy person and i think if i joine da group i will improve my diet and fitness. I am not overweight but i probly will end up overweight when i get olde rbecause of my eating habbits.My goal is to become more healthy and spread the word about the group.I plan to get all of my friends more motivated about living a healthy life. If you live a healthy live you can avoid health risk such as diabetes,certain cancers and obesity.
