General | Posted 4 years agoBy commissioning me you are agreeing to my terms of service in full.
Commissions
-I will not draw anything offensive or relating to political views/heavy fetish art.
-Please feel free to ask on what i will and will not draw, but do keep in mind i do have a line i won't cross in terms of my own comfort.
-Neon/overly saturated characters are more likely to be rejected due to triggering migraines.
-If accepted more or less said characters will be toned down to a degree i'm able to work with.
-My art is always changing as i experiment with different styles, I can't promise one piece will look exactly like another. please be sure you are familiar with my stuff before commissioning me in case you are questioning! there are plenty of examples in my social media to look at.
-Again if you are unsure of anything, please feel free to ask!
I will not be providing unwatermarked versions of my work.
-It is your responsibility to save your commission once finished. There is a chance I will delete or archive old work and I will not be going back to dig it up.
-Changes can be made up until the lining process starts, you can request mistakes to be fixed if it was my own mistake, not by lack of information/reference.
-When commissioning me you MUST have at least one clear image of your character, unless buying a custom I will not work with just descriptions of your oc.
Payment
-All payments are made upfront and should be in USD via paypal.
-Email is required for me to send a invoice before i will begin.
-You can request A refund if i have yet to start on your commission. but once finished i am unable to refund anything.
Between artist and commissioner
-By commissioning me you are purchasing my artist labor, I retain all copyrights to my work which includes the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales and self promotion.
-The commissioner and ONLY the commissioner has the rights to post the work done for them on their media as long as credit is given to me by simple wording or linking to one of my profiles.
-Once a piece is commissioned you may use it for any personal use as you please.
-If you do not want your commission posted publicly do be sure to tell me, I will ask beforehand as well!
You may not use my work as your own or set it up for redistribution.
