How often do you lot exercise?
Heyo!
Just wondering really: how often do you work out or exercise (in any capacity, doesn't have to be a gym!) and how many hours a week do you think you use to achieve it? For instance you may go for an hour long walk but you drive 20 minutes to get there and then again back, so 1 hr 40m.
I am at the moment trying to lean up a little, nothing drastic. I only go twice a week to the gym at the moment, and that takes all in around 3 hours of my evening each time. That's getting changed, getting there, an hour ish working out, then getting back and having a shower. I really have noticed the reducing impact it has on my evening art time. It essentially makes them a write off!
On days I don't go to the gym I try and do a half hour to an hour walk but as the weather improves I'd like to do more. My weekends are normally rather active with social visits and specifically going out for longer walks.
I am seriously considering getting a walking pad so I get more steps in while working at home. If you have one let me know what your take is on getting one! Has it been helpful or sat gathering dust? XD
