Hello there! It's nice to meet you! I promise that I won't bite.
I am a dragon of many subroutines. I do paleoart, scientific illustrations, fantasy and creature art, pet portraits, and wildlife art. Graduated college student with a Studio Art major, and Zoology and Art History minor. I also love to dabble in amateur research into paleontology, birds, fish, and reptiles. I actually work at a reputable reptile store as a full time job, and keep dart frogs, geckos, isopods, fish, shrimp, and crabs. I love to build planted bioactive terrariums for my ectothermic friends.
I'm generally pretty quiet, quirky, dark, love zoology and anatomy, and will easily geek out over dead and living critters alike. I adore understanding biomechanics and how animals move and how they are structured, and I use this love to try to make my creatures believable.
I struggle with executive dysfunction, so can have periods of inactivity, but try my best to keep my work ethic up. I get migraines often as well, so my schedules for livestreaming can be very erratic. I heavily suspect myself to be an AuDHDer ^^'.
I don't hold any spiritual beliefs, but do have a draconic self that I identify with strongly. Leccathu is me in a scaly, impossible form.

I’ve been thinking of how little intrinsic motivation I have with art nowadays,, and I’ve thought about what I want to push for now:
More emblematic, abstracted, surreal, muted, painterly, subtle, striking. I’ve grown tired of more standard illustration.
If anything, detailed anatomy is still on the table too. Close ups of feet, wings, head, scales, eyes, etc.
