WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW: Cub porn, scat, Loli/Shota (see below In what will I draw), Scat/farting/gas, Gore of any kind, Vore, unbirthing, mpreg, Hyper, Extreme fat furs, sounding, fisting, and all other extreme fetish.

WHAT I WILL DRAW:
M/F, F/F, M/M, transgender (tastefully done), femboi (tastefully done), herms (tastefully done), and or any gender neutral or change tastefully done, Lolita Style ( clothing/characters Victoriana), clean cub, Humans, anthro, aliens, still life, backgrounds, portraits, bust shots, intricate armor, elaborate clothing, references, style sheets, futuristic, piercings, taur, feral, nudity, anatomical, grotesque (not in the form of fetish), Light S&M, Leather, Bondage, transformation (between human to anthro etc),

Commissioning: I reserve the right to take on and or cancel a commission at any and all times. You must be 18+ to commission adult art from me. I do NOT take compensation until sketch material is approved first, then half of payment is granted at sketch and the other half beyond completion. I WILL NOT accept money that is borrowed (from a friend, parent, other commission etc.) AT ANY time whatsoever. To avoid legal action or held legitimate for a refund on this third party I cannot accept any commission that is NOT you. And I will be forced to decline.

Refunds: I will kindly and very gracefully give you full refund if by any means the work is not sent within your designated time limit. I will not however give full refund if I have already started the work but only given half. (This change has taken effect today as of this written TOS and does not apply to previous works before that of June 27th 2013.)

Time limit: My turnover rate is 24hrs to two weeks depending on my work load and my RL situations and or things that may or may not come up. I try to keep people informed constantly about any irl hindrances or issues that may or may not come up and will keep in touch via contact by email, note, and or journal posting. If I take longer than a month please know that it was not for lack of a better word communications. My IRL is constantly busy and extremely overbearing so I do try to the best of my abilities to get work done and owed in a prompt and finished manner and in high quality. I ask that if you need to have the work to you at certain allotted amount of time that you note so in your post or note. And that any word otherwise the work will be done in the time that I MYSELF am permitted.

Copyright: You are allowed to post art commissioned from me, by me on any site you so please, given it is still held with my signage and or watermark. When you have bought it. You are not allowed however to post any of my work on any other site or on your own site: resell, edit, mass distribute without MY given consent.
Payment Plans and Options: I WILL only ever take PayPal. However I may coincide to other payment such as in game goods or currencies. I will never take PayPal gift unless it is a tip. And please always attach a note to your PayPal with the name of the commissioner and the exchange of goods. I WILL NOT take e-check, cash, or money orders unless given permission from myself.

Editing: I allow editing of my work only by the commissioner themselves or another artist, with the expressed permissions that they ASK me first.

Adoptables: Adoptables are free to do as you wish with them, resell them, and edit them, whatever if and only if you have won them free or by purchase.
Uploading: You are allowed to upload and ONLY upload art commissioned by me from you. Nothing else of my work is allowed without expressed consent.

Waiting List and Queue: I REFUSE to put a waiting list or a queue anymore. You will simply have to check to see if there is an open spot in journal. I cannot continue to cater. If you have not responded to me with references or commission form in any way to any of my contacts, first time I will be forced to bump you down the list and move onto the next person. After a week’s beyond notice I will remove your name completely and there will be an open spot.

Editing: You may only edit commissioned artwork from me if you ask first. If you wish me to edit work, I will do it for free only if I have NOT started the commission. Anything beyond halfway I will continue to complete and ask that an extra $10 fee be placed for work that I must edit or make corrections to. DO not ask me to edit work after it is completed; if so a fee will be attached. I always stream commissioned work so that the commissioner and I are on the same level and they can see if any changed need or must be made.
