Two years goes fast (G)

Spent my last two years working on my mental health, it has been a long road.
I have finally been able to focus again and not feel empty or alone for once, anxiety and panic are controllable again. I am thankful for those who were around when things got quite dark as well as the professional help I have.
Hoping this trend can continue in an upwards pattern, just taking it one day at a time, I have some rehab in the works as well to help physically.
I'm still here moving forward, a lot less sitting at the edge of it all.
