A little notice I’m posting to say that I recently hired  FullSpartand to assist with my art process on many pictures.

Right now Spartand handles the “inking” portion of full color pictures. Basically stuff that you normally never see in my finished pictures. But it is important in my current style as it forms the foundation for the flat coloring.

This isn’t quite like collab commissions. I trained him to do the inking of my rough sketches in specific ways with specific techniques, program, and tools. In most ways, you should barely notice any difference in the end product.

The point of this is to save me time allowing me to produce more pictures and lowering the wait time, especially after developing heart problems last year from overworking.

Also if you have not seen, I am also working with  Aleron and having him do 3D renders of environments, particularly urban heavy set ups.

I take Aleron’s render and then blend it into the picture like it was always there. He’s done a great job and is helping me produce an end product I always dreamed of.

I’ve even started helping him do a small 3D modeling editing of some assets for future projects during downtime at my “Hellday” job.

Both these two’s efforts I compensate as I’m trying to treat it like a professional business arrangement.
