Our Squadron is recruiting! Join us! - 30110316 (G)

This is my first announcement as Fleet Commander and Squadron Leader of the Furry Pilot Fleet, even though I have held this position for many years now. But I come here on an important mission.
I took over this Squadron and Fleet during a difficult time for us, which left us slowly dying out. Since that time, we have maintained a small level of activity with new CMDR's coming and going over time, but overall, we've been in a lull for a long time. However, recently, there has been a massive comeback to the overall Elite Dangerous community and playerbase, and with that we are also seeing more new active members join than any other time during my command. I've been inspired to take action, to bring us back to what we once were, to breathe life back into our community. Thus, I'm returning to our roots here on FA and other places to begin our renewed recruitment effort and bring more interested furry CMDRs into our family.
I would like to add that we are entirely Independent and do not get involved with Powerplay. We also do not restrict our members from joining other Squadrons. If you do not want to be in our Squadron, you can still be a member of our Fleet in our Discord Server. We also welcome any members of other Squadrons that wish to be ambassadors as allies and partners, especially other furry Squadrons.
With the new Trailblazers update, I have launched an effort to expand our Player Faction to new regions of the galaxy, and it is already in motion and seeing success. There is much more to do with this, so there is much to help out with on this project.
With our return, we are also going to be looking for CMDRs who would be willing to get involved with BGS operations, as we are in need of a team of dedicated members to help maintain our Player Faction and coordinate its expansion into new places. This team will need leadership as well, as I myself may not have the time needed to invest in running it, so I will be looking for motivated and invested CMDRs to step up and assist with this. This position will report to me directly.
With our growth, I would like to also get our members more involved within the game and provide activities in which we will be able to bond and have fun with each other in the game. We will need members who would be able to coordinate and assist with creating and hosting these activities, and depending on the level of interest, may also become a new position in our Squadron Management Team.
As we grow, we will also be looking for new moderators to help us with running the Fleet's Discord Server, as well as helping to manage the Squadron in game. This position is second to myself, and thus will be held to the highest expectations. Long time members will have priority in the running for this position, and new positions will only open as I see the need for additional assistance.
