Hi everyone,

I'm afraid I have some sad news, as I'm sure you must've heard.
As of today on the 8th of September 2022, the UK's Longest-Reigning Monarch, our beloved Queen Elizabeth II has passed away (Aged 96). 🪦

As soon as I heard, I was deeply saddened by the news, and quite honestly, a little shocked too, for I thought for sure she'd go on living for a little while longer. And while it is sad to see her go, we must remember that within her final hours, she was surrounded by her loved ones and lived an incredibly long and prosperous life.

And so, we must not remember her for the time of her passing, but for the woman she was, a queen who ruled over England with a kind and just demeanor, who's selfless dedication, duty and service to this country was demonstrated in such an extraordinary manner that she inspired countless people under the course of her reign.

I can only hope in the near future, Prince Charles will honor her memory and live up to her legacy as he takes up the line of responsibility. In the meantime, let us share a moment of silence to honor our queen who has served us well for so very long, and let us come together bid her a fond farewell, as she ascends into the kingdom of Heaven. And may she be reunited with all her loved ones who passed, such as her dear and beloved husband, Prince Philip.
