So this is a life changing experience but I’m here to share it with you all so i could get some support.
Recently I’ve been diagnosed with clinical depression and now every Thursday I go to a psychotherapist so I wouldn’t really be uploading then. The first symptoms showed up in October or November 2025 and I’ve been seeing my therapist dr. Huang ever since December. I hope you all will send me some support and i will try to help myself; after all i think its just seasonal and will get better in the spring.
