[UPDATE 2025: After having this account for 15 years, I've finally started doing what I'd meant to do all along and dual-uploading my work to dA and FA. Over time, I'll also be re-uploading some of my past work here. My main body of work will always be my dA gallery, but the bottom line is this is no longer a lurker account, so sit back and enjoy the artwork (and occasional fiction).]
Hi, I'm j-rad, and I'm probably about as average a guy as you'll find in the furry fandom. Among other things, I like anime/manga, videogames, music of all sorts (especially electronic/dance music), MLP, and fat/WG/inflation art (as long as it's not too explicit--but that's just me). I have a head full of ideas and neither the time nor the inspiration to draw or write them all (you know how it is). Being a spiky-haired red fox, I probably don't stand out much from the crowd. I have other forms (like my ponysona, a unicorn chemist named Nucleus), but of course, my main form is j-rad.
Nice to meet ya. ^_^

A Few Little Announcements (G)
So, I don’t have any new pictures or stories to post, but I do have a few things I wanted to talk about. First off, I just paid the last payment on my car, so now it’s fully paid off! That’s $189 less I’ll be spending a month (w00t!). Second, about two weeks ago, I did something I haven’t done in a few years and compiled a new playlist of Halloween music on YouTube. In 2017, I made a 13-track playlist called “j-rad’s Halloween 13” and that started a little tradition of me compiling a new mix each October. I made five mixes in all (with the latter four labelled Part II, III, IV, and V) before I felt I was running out of songs, but then this year I was inspired to compile a sixth (and final) entry in the series which I labelled “j-rad’s Halloween 13: The Final Fright.” Below, I’ve posted a link to the new mix as well as a link to a playlist that combines all six mixes into one.

Finally, while we’re on the topic of music mixes: for a while, I’ve been working on a playlist that began as a challenge to myself to see how many songs I could string together into one continuous mix, and after steadily building and tinkering with it in private mode, I finally reached a point where I saw fit to make it public. I call it “A Shuffle in Time”, and the final version (barring any potential upgrades) is 351 tracks totaling 23 hours and 56 minutes in length. In other words, it’s one Earth-day of continuous music! You can find the link below:

Anyway, that’s all I’ve got for now. Peace out and Happy Halloween.
