Wow, it’s been quite a long while since I’ve been active here on FA and in the Furry community in general. I wanted to let y’all in on my life so much sooner, but it’s taken me this long to get back into the swing of feeling normal after several years of turmoil in an abusive relationship. I won’t get too into the details here, but it single-handedly ate up all of my time and energy just to get through day to day. There was both physical and mental abuse, to the point where I’m still not 100% able to trust myself, nor my judgement on a regular basis. Since then I’ve found a safe home here in Seattle with 4 other gals. They’ve been so incredibly supportive, and have been there for me through my weakest moments in recovering from the trauma of that relationship. I’m incredibly blessed that I get to call them my girlfriends, my partners, and my friends. I hope I get to stick with them for a long time. <3 Also, have I mentioned? I live in Seattle now - moved here about 4 years ago and it’s the coolest place I’ve ever lived. I love it here.

All that to say, it’s been a very insane few years. Couple that with the political madness in the US during that time, and I just couldn’t be online as much as I wanted to. Now that things are starting to get better and I feel a bit more myself these days, I’m hoping to get back online more. It’ll be a little slow at first, so please be patient with me. I know I’m a bit slow to reply a lot of times, but just know I haven’t forgotten about you and I’ll reply as time / mental health allows. I’ve missed y’all dearly and I’m so excited to get back in touch with everyone.

As for returning back to FA - over the next few weeks I’ll be posting a backlog of some artwork, as well as some newer pieces that should be coming out shortly. Oh! I also have a BlueSky thing now, and I’d absolutely adore if y’all could follow me there @husky.dog - it would mean a lot. I’ll be posting lots of furry artwork there, sharing my political musings, dumb programmer dog stuff and potentially after-dark content as well (maybe, possibly - nerd stockings involved). I’m also finally starting my own web development business as well! That’s been a pretty recent thing, and I would love to start by doing websites for those in the community <3 If you know anyone who needs a website, I’ve been doing this for about 10 years now a-and I’m pretty good at it if I don’t say so myself. I would love to work with people in the furry community most of all. I’m especially shy around most non-furs so I figured working with people I’m most comfortable with makes the most sense. But yeah! More on that endeavor to come, hopefully a company website to share soon with y’all!

Whew, that was quite a lot, thank you to anyone who managed to get through that wall of text. I really needed to get that out there so everyone knew what was going on, and why I haven’t been very active at all over the past few years. I’m incredibly grateful for the support I’ve had in the community during those really hard times - y’all know who you are, and I don’t know what I would have done without you, seriously. Additionally to all my amazing supporters, followers, and watchers - y’all fucking make this all worth it for real. I have so many amazing memories over the years, and I'm sure there will be so many more to come. Thanks for keeping things fun, interesting, and sometimes degenerate. =P It’s the best.
