Reflections on 2025. (G)

2025. I'll be real. It was a year of big highs but also really dark lows. This was the year I almost didn't make it through. I bottled most of the dark, kept most of it to myself, so most don't know about it. Most hear that I'm "good enough." In reality, it almost did me in. But, hey. Made it~
I know I probably need to do something different next year. I don't know what right now. I'm fine at the moment, but I don't know when the proverbial dark dog will get me in its grips again, for how long, and to what extreme. I hope not to some of the extremes I felt this year.
At least for art, I promise this. For as long as I live, for as long as I have hands and eyes and mind, I will make art that means something to me. I will always cradle the creative desire. The art is honest, and it is me.
As for this year... I made it through. I made it through with the help of my friends, my family, and the furry community. Through art. Through exploration. Through discovery. Thank you, all. Just YOU being YOU. I love you all.
