Some more things to do... (G)

While my Bear gets his bike sorted out (how i miss him!!!), I thought I would write a post.
So many things to do and so little time. Have been sitting around thinking of some things I really need to change.
From this day forward I am aiming to:
* Get some much needed exercise
* Get some much needed rest
* De-stress
* Detox
* Get disciplined
* Clean up my PC, room, car and clear my head and heart
* Give up some bad habits
* and show a little more love, gratitude and respect even when I REALLY don't feel like it
I am slowly realizing how lame I'm acting and how much time I have wasted on sweating the small stuff. I want to live and enjoy what life and love has to offer. In the next few weeks i hope to have progressed so that my family and friends (but most of all-me) see the difference.
I'm feeling better, I think my emo-ness is probably linked to my poor diet and bad habits. Will keep you all posted!
