General Terms

- Please write in a clear & respectful manner.

- Provide neat reference, leave details as needed but please refrain from creating a wall of text. Any details that were not discussed during the sketching phase (Such as adding an item(s), changing a particular item(s), or creating a different said pose) will not be my fault & will not be added. (Minor fixes such as color correction fix are ok.)

- Any unresentful behaviors will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled. I have the right to decline your commission.

Process

- There are 3 stages that will happen and be updated as soon as they're done. 

Stage 1: WIPS, At this stage I will require your confirmation on the line art. If small changes are needed, I will change them. After this stage I will not change any line art.

Stage 2: Coloring base, From here I will show you the basic base color of this  to make sure the color and details are to your liking. 

Stage 3: Finalized, I will wrap things up and send you the final product. After this only minor things can be changed only.

Please keep in mind if I'm working on another commissioner's work and your work is next I will let you know when I start on yours. Please be patient, I am only human.

Customer Satisfaction

- I shall try to make everyone happy but please keep in mind, bullying will not be tolerated. 

- I can only make small changes throughout the different stages, after that I require more money to change anything major.

Copyright/usage policy

I, the artist (SamiDrop), hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;

- Promote myself in any place or site.

- Publish books with.

- To display it anywhere to my liking.

- Post it wherever I want.

The commissioner are allowed to;

- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

- They can print the artwork, and claim the rights of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist (SamiDrop)

If the commissioner breaks the copyright infringement in any way, I (SamiDrop) have every right to have the drawing retracted.

Copyright infringement

- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Making money in any way of it)

- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

- Removing any watermarks/signatures.

- Altering the artwork without my (SamiDrop) consent.

A Purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price.

- With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork.

- Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.

- Credit is still required for the usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

After reading this please use this code to answer the upcoming questionnaire to make sure you understand the TOS. Anyone that does not read the TOS (Term of Service) and agree to the contract will still follow the TOS agreement & cannot be surprised later on if they did not agree to the TOS. That’s their fault alone & still required to follow the TOS.
