I know sharing personal information online isn’t always a good idea, but I feel I should explain my situation to avoid any misunderstandings.
I was honestly very excited. Even though I only started recently, I managed to get a few clients and received a lot of love for my art. That truly meant a lot to me.
Sadly, I may be somewhat absent for a while. Some people may not know much about my country, Cuba, but the current situation here is very unstable. We are experiencing power outages that can last more than 18 hours a day, and internet access has also become more limited. Sometimes I don’t even have signal, which has made it almost impossible for me to promote or sell my art.
On top of that, there is a lot of uncertainty right now about what may happen in the country, and people are worried about possible conflict. Because of this situation, it’s difficult to plan anything long term.
Fortunately, I was able to finish and deliver the last commissions I had pending.
I’m not sure what will happen going forward, so for now I’m closing commissions. My account might become quiet for a while and maybe even forgotten, but I’m truly grateful for all the support and kindness I’ve received.
This is not a goodbye.
