I commissioned an artist several months ago back in June & they have ignored/have not sent me any updates or progress on my piece. I brought the issue up with Paypal & the artist finally responded with a pathetic excuse & empty promises. They proceeded to leave the conversation for a 2nd time w/o any explanation why. I hated to do it, but I contacted one of the curators of the app where this artist is & presented the issue to them. I am extremely sad now & hopeless. I hope this will be resolved.
