I talked about this on my Patreon, but I felt that I should make a public post as well.

For the last couple of months I have been really struggling with some unknown ongoing problem with my throat. I'm very hoarse, everything feels really dry and tight in my windpipe, my voice is very rough and crackly, and speaking for extended periods is pretty painful. The cause is unclear.

Because of this, I've had to step back from creating new audio files. I've been pretty depressed at the loss of something I was really enjoying, but there's not much I can do about it right now. I am just going to work through the queue I had built up and after that I'm not sure. Billing has been paused on my Patreon because I'm not producing anything new.
