Hi there! Sabretoothed Ermine is who and what I am. I've been drawing cartoon animals since I could hold a pencil; it's my passion in life and pretty much the only skill I've got, so I'm here to stay ;3 I found the furry fandom when I was in high school, started doing commissions in my spare time, and after demonstrating my ineptitude at a few dismal entry-level jobs, I decided to take a chance and see if I could make furry art my full-time occupation. That was in 2008, and I've been happily arting here ever since :3
I live a laid-back island life in beautiful BC, Canada. You might see me at a con now and again, but like most weasels I'm generally pretty reclusive and prefer to keep to my own forest habitat ;3 Please feel free to leave a message on my page or shoot me an email if you want to chat though - my email's ermineart at gmail dot com. Sorry for the long absence everyone, this has been coming for a few years and I wish I could have done it a bit sooner and, well, better. I hope you can forgive me for just going AWOL (I made sure to catch up on my commissions first!). There are personal trauma-related reasons why I did, and why I had found furry art increasingly difficult to continue for those last few years; but I don't want to talk about that, at all, and prefer to focus on this as a positive change to a new career path, which it has also been.

My heartfelt thanks and love to all of you for so much support and kindness over the years <3 <3 <3 <3 This is a fantastic community and I feel very lucky to have been a part of it.

I hope to return to furry art at some point, though I doubt I'll jump straight back into commissions right away... keep an eye out for floofy weasel arts, and you'll know I'm back ;3
