Hey,

Sorry it's been a while since I've made a post on this account, life has been very weird the last few years and this account kinda got abondaded. If you look at this account you will see a lot of new info, which I will talk more on in a bit, as well as most of the older art and journals have been moved to scraps or deleted. I mostly did this as I do not feel that this post accuratly reflect who I am as a person.

Ok, now onto what is new. Well to start the puppy is older, I am currently 25 and about to turn 26 in a bit under a month. I've graduated college, with a BS in biology and a BA in philosophy, as well as a minor in social work. I've started my career as a research scientist and moved up the ranks from a technician to a full research scientist. I've moved from the south, which I hated, to Seattle, the pnw is amazing. I am currently applying for a few phd programs and I hope I can an update on that in the year to year and a half, depending on how this upcoming application cycle goes. I've also grown a lot as a person. I've started to transition, on hrt as of March 2024, and starting to see some really nice results already, let me know if you are interested in seeing any progress pics or if this is not the place for this. Ive legally changed my name to Emily and I just love hearing my name now. I also have an amazing partner / owner who is one of the best people in the world. She is so great at helping the puppy though her transition and learning who she is as a person. I have also relaized that the puppy is more of a puppy than the though, so it's been really nice to learn more about being a therian and having someone to guide me. I've also found, or accepted that the puppy is more of a puppies and is plural. This has been a big change for me and we are still figuring ourselves out. For the first time in a very long time I am happy with the person that I see in the mirror. And I am not going to stop where I am, I want to do more and grow more as a person. I really feel alive and confident in myself again.

Onto this page, I am thinking of doing a soft reset on here. Showing everyone who Emily is and what she can do. I haven't had the time or desire to write in a very long time but I may want to do that again. I have an idea of a relatively large project but we will see if and when that happens. As well as what the interest is on this. This might also result in me moving to a new FA page, I am still unsure of this yet or what exact content to show. I have some really cute and cool pictures and have a lot of cool science topics to talk on.

Lastly, I want to apologize for the people I've lost or hurt along the way. These last few years have been very hard on me, and I know this isn't an excuse, but I was not happy with myself and lashed out at people who just wanted to help me. For that I am sorry and the best I can do now is try to grow as a person and not make the same mistakes as before. I am not perfect, not claim to be, I am growing a lot right now as a person and plan to continue to grow and change.

Bark, wow that was a lot of words, so props of you stuck though this. But I really would appreciate any comments or suggestions for what to work on next.

Hopfully, this page starts to see some more life in it soon. Arrfss.
