my friends and i wanted to do Starwars group for the DRagoncon Parade last year,...so i chose shistavenen
one last go for my poor wolf mask.
she was quite popular with the kiddies
i was sweating like crazy,....gawd, i went the whole parade without taking that mask off, couldn't break character....not in front of the kids!
sweat poring in my eyes,....but i thought, they promised us cold water at the end! must make it for cold water,.......NO! there was NONE to be found! we all had to hunt down the luke warm water,.....

I have a question! I am making a shistavanen starwars costume for the starwars costuming groups and i was wondering what your shisto was. I'm guessing gray or dark jedi? Mine looks more werewolf than wolf compared to yours. I made mine more like the on screen version, but if I remake her I might make her more wolfish. Issue is she looks kind of manly and BIG.I made mine with a foam base. I tried to build her small, but my heads, thus far keep coming out big so shucks.
Man it would be great to go to Dragon Con, I know the Rebel Legion and Dark Empire and 501st set up there every year, but tickets, man. I'm poor, I may make good costumes, but shoot, looks like I'll be sitting at home with them in the tub when the convention comes along, LOL. Sheesh, the ticket prices >_< I want to go to starwars celebration 2015. I'm making my shistavanen over the next few months and hopefully, she's approved with the Dark Empire and Dark Alliance.

mine was intended to be a natural looking wolf werewolf. this was actually her last go before i retired her due to a broken jaw.
i made her originally as a werewolf fullsuit.
my friends told me they were planning a starwars group and i wanted to join in. my twilek idea fell through so my friend sujjested a shistavenen shince they were cannon in the series and i love wolf creatures, i was like doood i have to do a shistavenen then!
i tell you what it was the most grueling walk i ever did, it so so damn hot in that getup, and the sweat fell in my eyes the entire parade walk,....but i didnt wanna break character by wiping the sweat, because of the kids, that and i had kinda pinned the mask down to my shirt lol
anyhoo if your question was what i was, i wasnt supposed to be anything dark, i was a jedi padawan
