i would have done better coloring if i had a new tablet pen,.....coloring with this one is like coloring with a mouse,...no brush stoke like effects BAH

Well how about you try and draw with a mouse. Then you will understand why I decided, "Fuck it," and now only use pen / pencil and paper.

actually i used to do nothing but draw and color with the mouse when i started computer coloring. now that i have the tablet it just makes things easier. but i still do my lines traditionally, like this piece

Oh? Well in that case kudos to you! I guess it easier to trace over a pencil drawing with a mouse than it is to try and straight up draw with it.

actually i never trace my stuff digitally to ink it, i staight up draw and ink it traditionally , then scan clean up and color the traditional linework digitally.

That is awesome! I wish I knew how to do that. It sucks though, I try my best on every piece I make, no one ever comments on it or favs it or even looks at it. 0_o How do I get people interested in my art?

that i cannot say, i seemed to have gotten a lot more traffic since i made a facebook art site and a page here,...my DA page is just overwhelming sometimes and noone ever really comments there. unless i state that you have to give me comment LOL.

that and i'm lucky enough to have befriended a pro comic book artist who shares her fans with me LOL

Damn. I need to do a bunch more art. Then after I art a bunch, you can maybe make a little journal that kind of commands your watchers to check my page out.
