I'm finally getting an avatar!

But this guy isn't my avatar. Let this be a lesson to all of you, if you're getting an eagle other than a bald eagle, remember to mention it more than just once off-hand in the first email of a long discussion chain where it's easy to miss.

But Aetus has been wonderful about it! He's getting him fixed up later this weekend. And he was even nice enough to let me have this version of him too! And I'm not going to say no to more eagles!

He did such a stunning wonderful job I almost didn't notice he was a different eagle. I just adore the picture and can't wait to see the finished version.

So let's call this his American cousin!
