I finally have an avatar! And something of a Sona too I guess!
This is Ive the golden eagle.
He's friendly enough, quiet, reserved, and preeminently polite.
He prefers carbonated water, though he's been known to enjoy a small gin and tonic at Thanksgiving and New Years.
And doesn't he look spiffing!

And because I guess my eagles need to make a commentary on late 19th century politics now, here goes. He was extremely dissatisfied with Sir Charles Tupper, despite being a father of confederation and voted for Wilfrid Laurier's Liberals. Though skeptical of the French Canadian PM, he was most keen on the proposal of free trade and immigration for building the prosperity of Western Canada.
