What I like most here is the lower half of his body. Love the paws. The digitigrade on the hind paws is particularly well done, transitioning smoothly into the "human-like" knees and thighs of his anthro legs, without looking unnatural. The pelvic area looks very good too with his legs spread wide open like that. Nice belly and belly button- I'd love to give this lion a tummy rub (at the very least)! Anthro, yes, but still a lot of animal to the body- I really like it. The anatomy of this character is well understood by the artist.

I find short cutoff denim shorts very attractive, and have to admit that is what initially drew me to look at this submission. Nice. I agree, he looks very good in those shorts. Grr-rawr! I love lions. Good job!
