You've made this world a living hell, you destroyed what kept it alive.
I shall take matters in my own hands, and you will be the first to face the consequences.
Come out of hiding, coward! I dare you! Bring your lapdogs and your little weapons! Use my Destroyers! My World-Shatterers! I will end their existence before your very eyes!
Everything you have ever loved... I'll bring it down on your head!
This city, these people... They are just as guilty! All of you are going down!
Kael is a calm dragon, most of the time.
Though using what was his and should have been destroyed long ago... It angered him greatly.
The black dragon once built a huge industry, under the influence of a "friend."
It was producing heavy weaponry, sent all around the world, and Kael was made Warbringer, an entity setting the world ablaze, lead by his desire for more power and the whispers of that other person.
The Forge ultimately lead to his death, but that traitor took over it. He played with Kael's very existence to get his hands on the ultimate weaponry.
He did not expect Kael to be artificially recreated, a long time later. Though that new Kael learnt of his mistakes, and attempted to live peacefully, until his past caught up and he faced what doomed him.
He is determined to break and bury everything, maybe for the world's safety.
But the destruction, the collateral damages...
Who is the monster?
This was an alternate lore, not official, but I like playing with "what if".
A huge part of this lore is official, but not the "I'll destroy everything" part.
For example, he never grew macro to break the city. The currently-official (it's still not set in stone) is that he joined the rebellion against the industry, and the world was turned upside-down after years of war, which left it as a dead zone, with only few remaining rebels, cities in rubbles, and way more problems.
Basically, the end of the world as they knew it.
