Another thing from April that I'm never going to finish. I actually liked how this was coming out but I got a new computer and lost my SAI brushes and now I no longer have the brush settings for the lines or the coloring and I didnt want it to be inconsistent so I just never picked it up again

I did like what bits of the design I had actually finished and I will probably redo this at some point. It started out as a dragon moray eel monster and then I ended up mixing it with an oarfish and a lion fish a lil bit
