(What I was trying to say here is that the big-name popular artists are asked for pictures -- and draw their popular characters -- so much that a quick sketch like this becomes almost like signing their name. They can put down something like this in about the same time and there are even small variations, but they aren't full drawings. Those tend to get expensive, anyway.)
