You do so nice sketches that I wouldn't be able to tell you have nerve issue with your hands!
You're doing so great I think you just have to keep this level up, cement it to work every time like this at least and you should be fine for all along. :)
Keep your eyes open to see what works better for your hands and what not. And of course choose what works better. ^^ I think I didn't have to add that sentence but it sounds silly from me at least. :)
PS. Oh and yes! Feeling the need of sneezing without sneezing IS terrible! :/

And please don't doubt yourself like that, as hard or impossible as it seems, you have to remember no matter what, remember that being able to acknowledge your faults is a step towards trying to fix the problems you want to fix for yourself. Nothing is easy and it never comes free. It might be more difficult for you than others and it won't seem fair. But at the end of the day, it's what you'll need to do for yourself, because you are worth it.
