Within the sanctum of the eternal emperor, his devoted worshipers prostrate themselves before his radiant form. Whether it is to be judged or rewarded, the sanctum is a holy place for all in Vuul's cult and serves as a sort of prison for Vuul. His body within the pool is his anchor to the world, and he cannot leave this small temple no matter his own desires. Such has necessitated the need for avatars to spread his cult beyond the temple walls, and spread the good word of Vuul-Khan.
