As the 2000s came around, better materials allowed disposable diapers to change from their original plastic backing for a much softer cloth one, allowing for better air circulation all while still being highly water resistant on the outside.
These new diapers also had more flexible and stretchy side tabs, attempted back in the 90s, they would be fully realized in the 2000s, being sewn on separately to the main absorbent core of the diaper. These new side tabs allowed for a better fit, and also prevented the top of the diaper from coming loose during play. The tapes themselves would also see an upgrade, switching from adhesive tapes which would lose their grip after several refastenings, to velcro ones, which kept their grip no matter how many times you adjusted them.
Alongside the new additions, diapers started to become much more colorful overall, featuring all around printing with designs a plenty! Also much more detailed tape fields and even their side tabs and tapes to sometimes come colored as well!

I appreciate that. I ended up deleting it because at the time I was growing uncomfortable with physical regression.
Don't care much now, but yeah.
Still think you draw some of the best diapers on the market, no idea how you get them to look so perfect when they're thinner, but you're fantastic at it!
