Except the the third frame where it shows the hammer hitting her foot is her left foot, given the edge of the floor is visible beyond it, so it's just inconsistent in general.
Clearly the solution is that the hammer hurt but didn't actually injure her; instead something happened off screen to her right foot while she was hopping around on it. :V
