Lizaferno evolved from Kotorch at level 33. Kotorch evolved from Kocoal at level 17.

Pokedex: Lizaferno, the Smelter Lizardman Pokémon. The inner flame flows through their whole body, making the Lizaferno’s claws glow with such cindering heat that can melt through metal. They have excellent control of their inner-flame, and they view their Alpha/Trainer with utmost loyalty and admiration. A Lizaferno is often the blacksmith of a Kobold/Lizardman Clan, due to this, they have a habit of constructing their own forge to create things for their Clan.
