Hannibal!Cerby Scrappy Badge
Wish you were here, Clarice...
Lol, sorry, I can't help it, I'm a fan. Anyway, here is CerberusdeRozier's scrappy badge of her Staffordshire Terrier fursona playing the part of the charming Hannibal Lector. Seems the good doctor's been caught at a sidewalk cafe somewhere.
Done with micron inks, india ink, copic marker, and white gel pen on bristol board. Background is scrapbooking paper. Laminated.

Maaan, I've got an AmStaff myself and you've got their adorable lil chub faces just right with your style! Not that I'm calling Lecter here adorable... WELL. Yes. Yes he is. He is both menacing and adorable, MENORABLE
I love the stamp background and the bottom banner, that and coupled with the whole streetside cafe thing the whole thing gives me a nice early morning Paris feel to it! Beautiful work <3

I'm glad you approve of the way I draw the breed. They're quite different from what I normally draw, so I've really really tried to make him look right for his breed. I think Hannibal is a handsome character, so I more than understand.
Cerby wanted a depiction of a free Hannibal Lecter. My husband and I found that paper at a local craft store, and I couldn't resist.
Thank you!

Thank you!
yanno I could just start bombarding yo ass with random gifts and if you feel like it you can do me a murry badge. Or something. I just finished a painting at school and Im super inspired to paint some shit again. Do you have any characters you'd especially wanna get art of?
Dawwww, that's so sweet of you, but you don't have to do that! We can arrange it in the form of a trade if you'd like. I still have to figure out my idea behind our trade...I kinda got a bit of an idea...but, eh, still working on it. Your stuff is so awesome, I just have to think of something I think would be fun for you such. Do you think trades would work?
There isn't a whole lot I could say about this that I haven't already told you, Wielder!
The art is magnificent (again, your characterisation is spot on) and the badge, in its entirety, is amazing. I pity any artist I commission next - they have an awfully high precedent set for them!
Thank you so very much. You know how much I appreciate all of your time and effort!

I'm so glad you like it, Cerby! Your character is so much fun to draw. Add a bit of my favorite fictional serial killer gentleman to the mix, and I'm absolutely thrilled!
I'm happy that you like the quality so far! I can't wait to get to the bigger pieces. Gonna have some room to stretch my wings and see how far I can take this thing!
You're more than welcome for the time and effort! I want to give you exactly what you want for your commission!

This badge is so appealing. The figure is perfectly in balance with the little cafe table and flower vase, scrapbook paper stamp backdrop, and scrolled banner placard with cursive writing. It's also remarkable that without even being familiar with Cerby's fan rendition, it's obvious who this character is and which actor's portrayal it is- you're that good at capturing his essence.
Thanks so much! I was totally worried that he was going to overpower the table. I thought about putting a pattern on the cloth to make it balance out with detail rather than size, but that would have taken away from the stamp background, so the flowers were what I went with. I'm glad that visually balanced it out *phew*. As you know from my rabid fangirling, I'm a big Hannibal fan, and it's nice to know that you can pick out who Cerby here is portraying.
